Bring your young artists to Fourth And Rogers for a special kids photo workshop!
About this event:
Kids will meet the photographer, learn about penguins and photography, and create their own penguin watercolors based on the exhibit. Kids will also get to take home a gift from the photographer.
This event is free, but registration is required! Ideal for kids ages 5-10.
More about the exhibit: FAR is proud to present Emperor Penguins of Snow Hill Island, Antarctica by Dee Ann Pederson. The photography exhibit and Emmy award winning documentary film showcase Dee Ann’s Antarctic journey.
Dee Ann is a professional wildlife photographer who captures her passion for nature through photography and video in regions across the globe. In 2018, she boarded a Russian icebreaker headed for remote, frigid regions of Antarctica, to experience and document Emperor Penguins.
