Join us Saturday, September 6th for a kids workshop with Ms. Hilary inspired by Lorenzo Poli's series on view!
Participants will learn about and discuss the photos on exhibit in Pictura Gallery. Art Educator, Ms. Hilary will lead the group in creating topographical art works inspired by the series Geoglyphs of Our Time by Lorenzo Poli.
Ideal for ages 6+ | Ages 4 - 5 must be accompanied by an adult
About the Exhibition:In the series, Geoglyphs of Our Time, Lorenzo Poli illuminates the issue of resource mining in South America. The project reveals the monstrous grandeur of the mines, where the land has been scooped out in almost mythic proportions.This exhibition runs Sept. 5 - Nov 1. The Opening Reception is Friday Sept 5th 5-8pm.Poli is the winner of the 2025 Life Framer Series Award , juried by Pictura Co-Curators Mia Dalglish + Lisa Woodward.
Bring the whole family on Friday, September 5th at Pictura Gallery 5-8pm for the opening reception and gallery walk. There will be food and drink available for sale.
